Week 3 Assignment - ISP For small office

I was listening to a radio commercial for a new internet service provider called Century Link. I decided to use them as my internet service provider for this assignment.

When I went to the link provided on the website I was directed to Century Link's homepage: http://www.centurylink.com/. I then clicked on their 'Small-Medium Business' link to see what they had for options for an office of 12 or so employees. I was a little surprised to find out they don't offer any services in Massachusetts yet. Their resource centers are only located in Colorado Springs, Denver, Omaha, Portland, and Tucson. I sent them an email asking what they consider their best options for small office of 12 employees with mobile applications.

They replied with a rather generic email about checking out all the options on their website. The following are the results of my search:

I had to pretend I was looking into setting up a business in Denver since they are not available in Massachusetts yet. Which I find rather odd since they are paying for commercial ads on radio stations in Massachusetts. All in all it wasn't a bad experience with CenturyLink but I was not impressed with the way they directed me to the website without even addressing any of my questions.
